Cause: The capability in question is not supported when the
materialized view uses certain aggregate functions but omits
an invocation of the SUM function on the square of the same
argument (the argument multiplied by itself).
Action: Add the SUM function on the square of the argument.

if the lengths of two wires are same and the area of cross sections is 4:7 then what will be the ratio of current passing through these wires
