Cause: The capability in question is not supported when the
materialized view has a selection condition (an expression
not representing a join) in the WHERE or HAVING clauses.

Action: Remove the selection filter expression.

Please add more information about this Error

When i am connect database through toad,one error occured. ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor. plz help me thanks advance.............
