Cause: The materialized view contains a selection condition
in the WHERE or HAVING clause that is more restrictive than
the corresponding selection condition in the request query.
Action: Change the selection criteria in the request query
to be at least as restrictive as the selection criteria in
the materialized view, or drop and recreate the materialized
view using less restrictive selection criteria.
