Cause: A condition other than SQLERROR, SQLWARNING, or NOT
FOUND was specified in an EXEC SQL WHENEVER statement, or
one of these was used, but spelled incorrectly.

Action: Correct the spelling of the WHENEVER condition or
use a host- language IF statement to test the special condition.
