Cause: A CHAR_MAP option other than CHAR_MAP=VARCHAR2 was
specified inline. Since DBMS=V6, this option is ignored for
a character or string variable in the offending statement.
Action: Either set DBMS to something other than V6, or
specify CHAR_MAP=VARCHAR2.
