PCC-02334: SQL identifier was not declared as a cursor

Cause: A cursor name was used in an OPEN, FETCH, or CLOSE
statement that had not been DECLAREd.
Action: Check that all SQL cursor names have been declared.
Remember that cursors are identifiers, not variables, and
that they are local to the precompilation unit.

Hi guys, I have four tables those are emp,dept,eliminate and uneliminate. i wrote small cursor..when i run, it display one error (ORA-01403 nodata found)...
