Cause: UNSAFE_NULL=YES was specified on the command line,
but but either the MODE was not ORACLE or the DBMS was not
V7 or V8.

Action: Specify MODE=ORACLE and DBMS=V7 or V8 when using
UNSAFE_NULL=YES.
