Cause: A block of pseudo-text has not been properly
terminated with "==".

Action: Terminate the pseudo-text at the appropriate place
with "==". "500 - 649, Other semantic errors grouped by
these features: threads, result set cursors, miscellaneous,
pl/sql (includes arraylen), exec tools and lobs."
