Cause: A variable declared with an OCCURS clause with the
ASCENDING or DESCENDING KEY IS subclause was used in a SQL
statement or embedded PL/SQL block.

Action: Remove the ASCENDING or DESCENDING KEY IS subclause
from the variable declaration.
