A Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) is a feedforward artificial neural network that consists of multiple layers of interconnected nodes, or neurons. Each node in the hidden layer applies a nonlinear activation function, allowing MLPs to model complex patterns and functions. MLPs are widely used for tasks such as classification, regression, and pattern recognition.
