How do I get Report Builder to generate a parameter that can be set by users viewing the report?

To create parameters in Report Builder, navigate to the Data tab and add new parameters. Then, in the report design surface, you can use the added parameters within your report queries or expressions. Finally, users will be prompted to input values for these parameters when they run the report.
