ORA-36956: (XSFCAST25) There are only number PERIODICITY
values. You cannot specify more OFFSET values.

Cause: More OFFSET values were specified than PERIODICITY
values.
Action: Supply only as many OFFSETs as there are PERIODICITY
values.
