is: HIERHEIGHT relation1[(dimension dimvalue, ...)] into
relation2 [using relation3 | a | d] [inhierarchy {variable |
valueset}].

Cause: The user input the wrong format/object types
Action: Make sure number of arguments and all object types
are correct.
