The interoperability feature in Kotlin with Java allows developers to use both languages together seamlessly. It enables Kotlin code to call Java classes, methods, and properties directly. This is achieved by adding a prefix 'kotlin.' to the Java package name when importing it into Kotlin. For example, if a Java class exists in the com.example package, it can be imported in Kotlin as kotlin.java.com.example.
