In Scrum, 'Sashimi' is an Agile metaphor representing the transparency of tasks within a team. It comes from the Japanese dish Sashimi, which can be clearly seen in its presentation. 'Impediments', on the other hand, are any obstacles or hindrances that might slow down the progress of the team or the Scrum process.
