Cause: The CURRENT OF <cursor> syntax in the WHERE clause
tried to use a cursor that was not declared with the FOR
UPDATE [ of <column name> ] SQL syntax.

Action: Add the FOR UPDATE [ OF <column name> ] SQL syntax
to the cursor specified.
