To block an email address in Outlook.com, go to the email, click on 'More actions' (three dots) > 'Block.' Alternatively, you can go to 'Settings' > 'View all Outlook settings' > 'Mail' > 'Safe and blocked senders.' Click on 'Blocked senders and domains,' enter the sender's email address, and then click 'Block.'
