Will the flex skin extensions for cs be part of the flex 3 release?

No, the Flex 3 release did not include the Flex Skin Extensions for Adobe Creative Suite (CS). They were released as a separate download. However, in Flex 4, these skins are integrated into the main Flex SDK.
