Will I need to upgrade my air sdk along with flex 3 beta 3?

As of now, Flex 3 is no longer in active development and the beta versions are not available for download. If you're using Adobe AIR, it's recommended to use a version that is compatible with your Flex SDK. You can find more information about this on Adobe's website.
