To translate Drupal to your local language:

1. Install and enable the 'Locale' and 'Translation Update' modules.
2. Go to Admin > Configuration > Regional and Language > Translate Interface Settings, and configure the default language and locale for your site.
3. Go to Admin > Extend > Add-on Modules, and install any required language packs for your target language.
4. Navigate to a content type or custom string that needs translation.
5. Enable the 'Translation' interface and start translating the content.
