In Drupal, to add fields inside a panel, follow these steps:

1. Go to Admin > Structure > Panels and edit or create a panel.
2. Add a region where you want to place your field (e.g., Content, Columns, etc.).
3. Click on the plus icon (+) in the region and select 'Add Content'.
4. Choose the content type that contains the fields you want to add.
5. Configure the settings of the content type as per your requirement.
6. Save the panel.
