What is the difference between a thin client and thick client?
Answer Posted / Ambuj Kumar Verma
A Thin Client is a lightweight device that relies on a central server for processing power and data storage, whereas a Thick Client performs most of the computing locally. In terms of RPA platforms like UiPath, a Thin Client (also known as Attended Automation) runs the automation code on the end-user's machine, while a Thick Client (or Unattended Automation) executes the code on a dedicated server.
