Unfortunately, you cannot directly add columns to Lookup fields in Microsoft Dynamics 365. However, you can extend the underlying entity by creating a custom entity that inherits from the original entity, then create new fields on this custom entity.nnNote: This will allow you to capture additional data related to the lookup record.
