Is it possible to alter the personal ip addresses of associate ec2 whereas it’s running/stopped in an exceedingly vpc?

It is not directly possible to change the primary public IP address of an EC2 instance while it's running. However, you can allocate a new Elastic IP (EIP) and associate it with your instance.
