To deploy a custom image in Azure, follow these steps:
1. Create or obtain a VHD file containing your custom image.
2. Upload the VHD file to an Azure storage account.
3. Create a managed disk from the uploaded VHD.
4. Create a virtual machine using the managed disk as its OS drive.
5. Configure and customize the virtual machine as needed.
