Cause: The authentication service in use was not able to
return the external name of a user of the ORACLE server
because it is not available to the service yet.

Action: This is just an informational message and should not
normally be visible to the user. If the error does appear,
contact Oracle Customer Support.

Hi guys, I have four tables those are emp,dept,eliminate and uneliminate. i wrote small cursor..when i run, it display one error (ORA-01403 nodata found)...
