An excise invoice is raised when a taxable transaction occurs, such as the sale of goods or services that are subject to excise duty. The invoice should include details like the name and address of the supplier, the name and address of the recipient, the description of the goods or services provided, the quantity, rate of tax, total amount of tax, and the total amount payable including tax.
