calculate electron mobility

Answer Posted / Peeyush Tripathi

Electron mobility (μ) can be calculated using the Hall effect equation: μ = (neB)/(nqA), where n is the electron density, e is the electron charge, B is the magnetic field, q is the electron charge multiplied by Avogadro's number (6.022 x 10^23), and A is the Hall coefficient.
