root element." *Example: <?xml version="1.0"?> <!DOCTYPE
greeting [ <!ELEMENT greeting (#PCDATA)> ]>
<salutation>Hello!</salutation> *Explanation: The document's
root element, salutation, does not match the root element
declared in the DTD (greeting).

Action: Correct the document.
