me and my unmarried partner wants to get a dependent visa
for uk... my partner is a european citizen (spanish citizen)
but residing in uk for more than 10 years and stable for his
job in american airlines. can u advise me the requirements
and sample interview questions for visa.

1. Proof of relationship - You must provide evidence that you have been in a relationship with your partner for at least 2 years (unless there are exceptional circumstances).
2. Financial requirement - Your partner must earn a minimum income of £18,600 per year or have savings of £62,500. Additional funds may be required if you have children.
3. Accommodation - You must have a place to live in the UK that is suitable and available for both of you.
4. English language requirement - Both you and your partner must meet the English language requirement unless you are exempt.
5. Tuberculosis test - Some people from certain countries will need to take a tuberculosis (TB) test.
Sample interview questions might include:
- Can you explain how long you have been in a relationship with your partner?
- How do you support yourself financially?
- What are your plans for the future and how does your partner fit into those plans?

Hi , This is Madhusudan from India. I have applied for HSMP when I was in India(6months back) and I got approval also . Right Now I am in Canada on workpermit for my Company assignment.I have to be here for 1 year 6 months. My HSMP aprroval is valied till Feb2009. hi,i applied for u.k whm visa on 30th october 08.bt until now i hadnt been informed by the consultants i went to.i have been intouch with them but no satisfactory reply has been given.pls do reply for my problem i m into.they are asking me to wait only!!!
