How are certifying authorities susceptible to attack ?
Answer Posted / Dhanraj
Certifying Authorities (CAs) can be vulnerable to attacks through various methods. These include phishing attacks, where an attacker impersonates a CA to trick users into providing sensitive information; Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attacks, where the attacker intercepts and alters communications between the user and the CA; and weak key management practices within CAs themselves.
