The outer packet acts as a tunnel for the inner data packet.n- Encapsulation: Encapsulation refers to the process of enclosing one protocol within another protocol's frame or packet.nn- Dial-up Phone Line: A dial-up phone line is a traditional telephone line that can be used for connecting to the internet by modem. The modem converts digital data into analog signals suitable for transmission over the phone line.
