How does Tuple-oriented relational calculus differ from domain-oriented relational calculus
Answer Posted / Birendra Kumar Maurya
Tuple-oriented relational calculus (TRC) focuses on selecting specific tuples that match a given condition, while domain-oriented relational calculus (DRC) is concerned with defining the extension of a relation based on a set of tuples. In other words, TRC deals with retrieving data, while DRC deals with defining the structure and content of data.
