when we login sql editor using username and password then it
says this error "could not resolve service name" then what
can we do at client side.( here thing is tnsnames.ora file
is ok till yesterday and worked well, but now it giving error.

Firstly, check if the Oracle Client software is correctly installed on your machine. If it is, ensure that the TNS_ADMIN environment variable is set to the location of your tnsnames.ora file. Restart your SQL client and try logging in again.
