To create a virtual directory in IIS, follow these steps: 1. Open the IIS Manager, 2. Navigate to the website for which you want to create the virtual directory, 3. Right-click on the Sites folder and select Add Virtual Directory, 4. Enter the Alias (the name of the virtual directory), Local Path (the physical path where the content resides), and check the Connect as Anonymous option, if required, then click OK.
