Cause: ORACLE was unable to convert a class component from
binary format to ORACLE format.
Action: Check the UNIX error number for a possible operating
system failure. If there is no error, contact ORACLE support.

when i ran any workflow or session, getting below error: seesion task instance[s_xxx]: Execution terminated unexpecterdly
