Explain how memcached should not be used in your python project?
Answer Posted / Aman Parihar
Memcached should NOT be misused in Python projects:
1. Not for storing sensitive data: Memcached is an in-memory key-value store, and it doesn't provide encryption or protection for sensitive data.
2. Not as a long-term storage solution: Memcached does not persist data when the server restarts, so it should be used as a caching layer for frequently accessed data instead of a long-term storage solution.
3. Not for large amounts of small objects: Although Memcached can handle millions of small objects, it may not be the best choice for storing many small objects, as they might consume too much memory.
4. Not without proper validation: Data coming from Memcached should always be validated to protect against potential security issues and ensure data integrity.
