What don't you like about working at Clarks Shoes and what would you change?

Answer Posted / Rohit Yadav

I appreciate the positive work culture and supportive environment at Clarks Shoes. However, I believe that there could be more frequent opportunities for professional development and cross-functional collaboration to broaden employees' skill sets and foster innovation. In terms of a personal preference, I would appreciate a flexible work schedule that allows for better work-life balance.
