Have you ever fired anyone? How would you do it if you are required to?
Answer Posted / Manmohan
I have not had the need to terminate an employee in my previous roles, but I understand that it may be necessary in certain situations. If required, I would follow a fair and transparent process, ensuring clear communication, documentation of performance issues, and providing opportunities for improvement before taking any action.
