Tell me about a time when you had to make an important decision with limited facts.
Answer Posted / Naveen Keshari
As a team lead, I once faced a critical situation where one of our developers was dealing with a severe health issue. To maintain project continuity, I had to quickly decide on assigning the tasks to another team member. Considering the complexity of the project and the individual's expertise, I chose a colleague who was well-versed in the related technologies. The decision resulted in minimal impact on the project timeline.
