Cause: Unable to access "oracle" program. Verify
?/bin/oracle or $ORABCKPRG exist, and are executable.
Action: Check errno returned.
Please add more information about this Error

When i am connect database through toad,one error occured. ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor. plz help me thanks advance.............
