Cause: An error occurred when trying to get first semaphore set.

Action: Check errno. Verify that system is configured to
have semaphores. Verify that enough semaphores are
available. Additional information indicates how many
semaphores were requested.

Please add more information about this Error

When i am connect database through toad,one error occured. ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor. plz help me thanks advance.............
