What is AUTH_ID and AUTH_USER in pl/sql ?

In PL/SQL, `AUTH_ID` is a system-generated number that uniquely identifies each user. It's automatically assigned when the user account is created. On the other hand, `AUTH_USER` refers to the username that was specified during the account creation process.
