Differentiate between Baseband co-axial cable and broad band coaxial cable

Answer Posted / Meenu Tiwary

Baseband Co-Axial Cable (Baseband Coax) is a type of cable used for data transmission that carries only one baseband signal. It operates at low frequencies, typically up to 50 MHz. Baseband Coax provides good signal quality but has limited bandwidth and cannot carry multiple signals simultaneously.nBroadband Coaxial Cable (Broadband Coax) is a type of cable that supports multiple signals by using frequency division multiplexing (FDM). It can operate at much higher frequencies, up to several GHz. Broadband Coax provides high-speed data transmission and can support television broadcasts, Internet access, and other services.
