To write records into a TDQ (Time-series Database) from a file, you can follow these general steps:
1. Load the data from the file (e.g., CSV, Excel).
2. Preprocess the data as needed (e.g., clean or format it).
3. Connect to the TDQ database.
4. Iterate through the preprocessed data and write each record into the appropriate table.
