Cause: An error occurred because DBMS_FREQUENT_ITEMSET and
prefix ORA_FI are reserved for the DBMS_FREQUENT_ITEMSET
package's internal use.
Action: Do not re-define functions with names starting with
DBMS_FREQUENT_ITEMSET package or ORA_FI.
