VLOOKUP in Excel is a function that allows you to search for a specific value within one column and return a corresponding value from another column in the same row or different column. The syntax of VLOOKUP is as follows: =VLOOKUP(lookup_value, table_array, col_index_num, [range_lookup]). You can use VLOOKUP to look up values across multiple sheets and even between different workbooks.
