The OD (Overdraft) account is used when a borrower exceeds the approved credit limit. Interest is charged on the overdraft amount until it is repaid. Whether interest is paid or not depends on the specific terms and conditions of the loan agreement. The CC (Credit Card) account is similar, with interest being charged on unpaid balances. Again, whether interest is paid or not depends on the specific card and payment terms.
