NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India) is a policy think tank of the Government of India. Its primary function is to provide strategic and technical advice to the central and state governments on matters related to economic policies, sustainable development, and other important issues. NITI Aayog aims to foster cooperative federalism by involving states in the policy-making process.
