Cause: A parameter value was specified that is not supported
for synchronous change sets.
Action: Correct the call to supply only valid parameter
values for a synchronous change set. Synchronous change sets
only support the default values for the following
parameters: begin_scn, end_scn, begin_date, end_date,
stop_on_ddl, supplemental_processes.
